About Me:

Managing Member and Founder of small business enterprises, Just In Time Human Resource Services, Inc. and Comprehensive Management Growth Group LLC, providing a wrap-around service approach in human resources administration, business development & growth, funding and operations solutions, support and management. I possess broad knowledge and skills in business creation and growth, management and support services and creative finance programs, talent recruitment and selection, policy development, training and career development, organization assessment, process design and implementation, strategic plan development and change management. My administration, consulting, human resources management and business ownership experiences has been with companies in sectors such as financial services, film production, energy services, construction, transportation and manufacturing industries, non-profit organizations and while working in commercial insurances sector, healthcare services delivery and automotive manufacturing. A business-like attitude, determination to help good people do good things and rigorous training provides a solid grounding for me to address the demands of today’s business challenges. Also I provide consulting to clients on business development & diversification, compliance issues, building strategic alliances, employee relations, employee development, business operations/support services and obtaining creative finance using cash flow systems & asset based lending programs. I hold a Master of Business Administration degree in Strategic Management from Davenport University and Bachelor of Science degree from University of Detroit Mercy in Business Administration in Human Resources Management. I am formerly a co-chair of Hope UMC Women’s Ministry Finance Team and former board officer with Hope Economic and Community Empowerment, Inc. Additionally, I had the pleasure of serving as Mistress of Ceremony for Mayor Brenda Lawrence Prayer Breakfast events (City of Southfield 1st African American Woman Mayor) and Hope United Methodist Church (Rev. Dr. Carlyle Fielding Stewart, III, Senior Pastor) 1st Annual Women Business Symposium and Expo. I am a proud parent of two wonderful sons, Jay (Wayne State University) and Lawrence (Purdue University) and blessed to be connected and loved by such wonderful individuals throughout the USA and abroad. ...on Friday evenings I enjoy taking ballroom and bop dance lessons in the Big D!
