About Me:
Native Californian now living in sunny Arizona for the past 5 years, it get's a bit hot out here sometimes during the summer we get record tempatures of 115 which is unbearable, but it's nice to know your heading for the office or car for coolness. I am self employed working the secondary emerging markets in Commercial/Mortgage finance for the past 17years. Like many of us I have had the opportunity to work for others making them rich not to mention the demanding unrealistic schedules. I am now working for myself full time and am looking forward to continuing growth for my business during the housing slump.
