My overall transformation using these programs and products has been amazing! I was still wearing my maternity jeans when I started this. My daughter was only months away from her 1st birthday. Now I'm wearing a size 5 jean! My body is lean and toned and thanks to Shakeology I have long nails and a full head of hair that is healthy and just continues to grow like crazy!I'm the healthiest and most fit I've ever been and I feel absolutely fantastic!These programs work!
