Thank you so much Genia! I love, Chalene! She is the best! That is horrible that your CD case was stolen but please don't let that get in the way of your goals. If you break up a sweat and get the heart pumping... you'll be making a nice contribution to your health bank. The small consistent steps really do make a difference!
By the way, I would love to see a change in the way our culture deals with their overall health and fitness. My mom, grandma and aunt all suffered from diabetes amongst other diseases that were preventable. They all passed on before the age of 55. This has driven me- personally- to take better care of myself for the sake of my family and try to lead by example. My baby girl is not quite 2 yet but she has known what "exercise" is for some time now. She watches, participates and now she applauds every time I finish. She knows it's a part of our life, our daily routine. I believe ,if you lead... they will follow! It really does start in the home!
Wow! You look fantastic. I too love turbo Jam. Chalene is the best. I recently had my CD case stolen with all of my workout disks inside. :-( Needless to say I am devestated. I was really working hard to lose longtime baby weight that has to go. Anyhow, you look fabulous. And I admire your accomplishment of what so many black women are struggling with. Congratulations on your success, you deserve it my sista.
