About Me:

Hi All, I am a fitness enthusiast and co-owner of Price Fitness and Wellness. I am a talk show host, fitness consultant and educator with more than 22 years of experience. I began competing in competitive sports at the age of 6 and that is where my love for health and fitness began. I have participated in softball, tap dance, basketball, track and field, and competitive weight lifting. My dedication to sports was rewarded with a scholarship to play collegiate softball. My commitment to health and fitness made my decision to study Exercise and Sports Science as an undergraduate and graduate student an easy choice. As a result of my studies, I gained practical experience in fitness and wellness. I have educated and trained employees enrolled in worksite wellness programs, middle school students and personal clients. Be Fit, Be Well
