About Me:

As a working mother, I understand the difficulty many women have in finding time to focus on themselves. My mission is to empower women to take charge of their careers and believe in their success. Using a value-based approach, I assist female professionals stuck in difficult career and life balance situations, and specialize in helping women climb the corporate ladder and start their own businesses. I also work with women who are in the midst of a career transition and looking to re-enter the workforce. With a background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Leadership, and Human Resources, I coach clients from their current circumstances and help them achieve the next level by teaching them how to showcase their value to management, colleagues, future employers and clients. Remember, when YOU believe it, you can sell it!
