By any chance have you heard of Microsoft's Office Live Small Business? I recently switched over to it, and it's made my life so much easier! It's definitely what you would call a "one-stop shop"; you have your website, domain name, company e-mail, store and documents all in one place, rather than storing everything on a bunch of different sites.
It's got some great features, but I think my favorite has to be the Email Marketing beta - if you love newsletters, it's a great way to get the word out to your contacts, you can use HTML to spice them up and it will even keep track of who's opening the messages!
