About Me:

I am a dynamic, resourceful, solution-driven, problem solver who can always see that if there is a will there is a way. I desire to work with people who are open-minded, goal-oriented, and positive. A master educator and trainer, my autistic children’s needs moved me from traditional classrooms to directing a home-school program which resulted in them making dramatic strides. This process led to my significant research into the role of diet, nutrition, and supplementation in autism and the conviction that daily self-improvement and consistent, personal development are essential to our level of success, quality of life, and longevity. I am also a seasoned real estate broker and investor. Juggling it all is in large part testament to what I’ve learned about keeping body and mind in optimum operating condition. My passion has become helping people achieve the excellent health/lifestyle we all naturally desire – naturally.
