I am a Health Counselor and Wellness Life Coach and owner of Lifesource Intervention. Lifesource Intervention offers support through a 6-month program to individuals who want to live a healthier lifestyle. This program helps individuals develop better eating habits by making step-by-step gradual changes in their diet. In my business I not only focus on physical health but in ministering to the whole person and improving one's health in mind, body, and spirit. I also specialize in supporting women who suffer from postpartum depression.
