About Me:
My name is Misty Nevils and I reside in Nashville, TN. I have a wonderful and supportive husband named Phillip and together we have one daughter named Ryan. I am a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and in my spare time I enjoy traveling, planning small family functions and following celebrity news. I attended Tennessee State University and graduated with a degree in Healthcare Administration & Planning. My plans were to continue on to graduate school with the hopes of becoming a Hospital Administrator, but God had other plans for me. Currently I work in the commercial insurance industry and have for more than ten years. Working in a corporate environment has afforded me with many opportunities such as owning my own home, paying the bills, and helping put food on the table. However, the thought of working for someone else has never allowed me full control of my destiny. It has only been in the past couple of years that I became board and unfulfilled with my current job and decided it was time for me to step out of the box and do something different. That something was to become a consultant for The Chocolate Box. It feels amazing to be part of something that not only celebrates our African-American heritage but celebrates YOU! The Chocolate Box organization will Embrace you with open arms, Inspire you to dream big and Empower you will the tools you need for success! Bottom line, the Chocolate Box is a God-sent blessing and I want to share this opportunity with other women of color and help them fulfill their dreams.

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month www.nationalbreastcancer.org/default.aspx
Do use the month of September to find a way to support the Breast Cancer Movement, even if it's just to increase your knowledge.
View the Breast Cancer articles and video segments. Encourage your loved ones to schedule their mammogram's for October, and remember to do Self -Examinations. Early detection is key!
Breast Cancer is not just a woman's disease, men should examine their breasts as well.

My husband & I have just launched a major project with one of the largest travel companies in the world. I have partnered with some very high powered folks! Does traveling for less and making a lot of money doing it interest you? Well, if it does, be at my house on Saturday at 4 PM. In fact, rearrange your schedule if you have to, so that you can get the full story along with all of the details. We live in Bordeaux and will give you the address if you would like to attend.
