Have you by any chance ever tried Microsoft's Office Live Small Business? I recently switched over to it and it's made my life so much easier, because you have your website, domain name, company e-mail, store and documents all in one place, rather than having to host everything on a bunch of different sites. It's definitely a one-stop shop :)
One of the best features is the Email Marketing beta...if your customers like to receive newsletters, you can spice them up with HTML and keep track of who's reading them! This is extremely helpful when you want to do some marketing research.
