About Me:
Blessings my wonderful sistas of business! My name is Sara VonZine. I am new to the Atlanta Area. Relocated from California. I am looking to meet and network with those who are like minded. Women who are strong and driven. I love the saying "iron sharpens iron" and this is a great tool available to us! Iam glad I found it! Ok...about me I have been teaching private voice lessons for a few years now. It all began by a constant request back in California. I enjoy helping other build confidence while perfecting their gift in music. Soon I will be opening my 2nd sector which will focus on artist development. I have been singing since I was 2 and was signed to Tommy Boy Records in 1998 and have been going strong as an independent artist since. Google search "Sara Von Davenport" for more info. I am a songwriter and vocal arranger. I do Vocal tracking, and live events as well. Since I was 16 I have always loved the fact that I had curves and wore them well. I had often become angry when the clothes that we used to see in the stores did not accomodate our beauty. As I grew older I became more involved in stage plays and as stated above, singing. I wanted to show others that you don't have to be a size 4 or 10 to be gorgeous. That gave me the courage to begin modeling. I have done some print work and enjoy the progressions made for plus size women in the fashion industry. Acting is a wonderful tool of expression and I have honed that gift by participating in many stage plays in Sacramento CA and the Bay Area of CA Why I am Here.... I look to become even more involved here in Atlanta. and look forward to meeting everyone who graces my page. As I develope the business plan for my fashion boutique, and continue to pursue my goals, I pray that networking here will be a blessing to both you and me. Lifting eachother up towards our goals individually and together as beautiful black business women!
