About Me:
Sharon Reid has been providing career advisement services for more than a decade. She has assisted individuals and presented workshops for diverse groups ranging from high school and college students to experienced professionals and career changers from a variety of industries. Her background includes work at college career centers, human resource offices and job readiness programs, sometimes including “hard-to-place” populations. Sharon earned both a Master of Education and a Master of Arts from Columbia University. Her Bachelor of Arts was received from New York University. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and has been interviewed by Essence magazine and quoted in the career advisement section of New York City local area newspapers, like “Metro.” She currently operates her own career advisement practice called “Tate Ellington Associates” (http://tateellington.com)
