About Me:

Married wahm of 2, 41, insomniac, grad student, home biz owner, vegetarian, soapmaker, anime-lover. I've been telecommuting in general since 2000, as an employee, independent contractor, and business owner. As tempted as I am at times, I don't see ever going back to work outside of home...unless the dream job calls.

  • Hello,

Please check out this month issue of The Adventist Times www.theadventisttimes.com/.

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month www.nationalbreastcancer.org/default.aspx

Do use the month of September to find a way to support the Breast Cancer Movement, even if it's just to increase your knowledge.

View the Breast Cancer articles and video segments. Encourage your loved ones to schedule their mammograms for October, and remember to do Self -Examinations. Early detection is key!

Breast Cancer is not just a woman's disease; men should examine their breasts as well.

I've received TONS of requests to re-play the interview with David and Tamela Mann. She's so pretty!
    Well here it is...ENJOY!
  • Hey Sherriet,

I really hope you're doing well this month.
Please check this months issue of The Advenitst Times www.theadventisttimes.com/.

If you would tell me what you think about Donnie McClurkins page, and the page on Overcoming Addiction. Leave me a comment please. I need to know if these topics are helpful. I'm trying to help as many people as I can.

Minister T.D. Jakes has some "real talk" for the men in our lives.

  • Hello Sherriet,
Black women across the globe are coming together with talents, gifts, knowledge and resources that they are willing to share with one another. Nothing can be more powerful than that. This site is an awsome experience that I am glad to be a part of. I want to build my business, learn new techniques to make my business grow and I want each and every one of you to do the same. My goal is to be an "entrepreneur extraordinaire" and to help each one of you to reach your goals. I look forward to networking and friendship with all of you. Please stop by my online bookstore "A GOOD BOOK" at www.agoodbook.biz/sdokes and have a look around.

May God Bless and keep you.

    Peace
  • Hi there, I just wanted to introduce myself and my new business. I am trying to network with as many people as possible to see if there are ways that we can support each other. I offer unique and affordable works of African art that make impactful gifts for all occasions. If you have a special occasion coming up, or if you just want to connect with Africa yourself, please think of us.

    Thank you for your consideration.
