About Me:
I was born in the beautiful, tropical island of St. Thomas, USVI. I completed degrees in PR, Montana and Virginia. I worked for many years as Refugee Coordinator in Virginia and in DC. On retirement I started my own business distributing wellness products and writing. Look out for my ebook titled Thelma's Day at Magens Bay to be published soon. My wellness products are divided into four categories. Supplements, herbal products, personal care products and household products. All of these products are natural and made from whole foods. The household products are biodegradable and environmentally friendly or green. The WHO, the CDC and the Heart Association quote statistics on the millions of people who die yearly of the most chronic diseases, such as heart disease, cancer, diabetes, alzheimers, etc., due to inadequate diets. Supplementation to augment the diet would help in deceasing the number of deaths per year.
