About Me:

Over 15 years experience in the youth development and education profession during which I have regularly demonstrated successful coordination skills that supported urban students. Moreover, completion of qualifications as an interdisciplinary scholar, equipped me with tested communication, organizational and research skills focused on integrating the developmental needs of students into academic and workforce preparation programs to increase retention and academic achievement. My accomplishments included educational initiatives that promoted international dialogue with all stakeholders, such as students, administrators and dignitaries. Moreover, completion of qualifications as an interdisciplinary scholar, equipped me with tested communication, organizational and research skills. I am capable of managing and preparing small and large-scale projects - founded on evidence-based practice, scholarly research and policy directives. I have also demonstrated effectiveness and comfort while speaking with diverse audiences. I also really enjoy creating hand-made gifts for friends and family. There is nothing like receiving a unique beautiful gift or giving one. I am mostly a textile based crafter. I've been creating everything from jewelry to clothing, long before minoring in Textile Apparel Marketing while in college or enrolling in an elective metal arts jewelry course. It is delightful to dabble in designing different handcraft items.
