About Me:

38 year old wife and mother of 3. Always looking to expand and grow. I am finding it difficult to find individuals to reach out to in my area, and need to be around self motivated divas that are making it happen. I am excited about this website, seems as if this may be the one to take my goals to another level: When the student is ready the teacher will appear!!

It take jus a minute to go to the site(link below) Click BALLOT tab..VOTE will appear..Click it...look for the catagory: INDUSTRY POWER PLAYER(FEMALE)..YOU DO NOT HAVE TO VOTE IN EVERY CATAGORY...they will send you a comformation email that you MUST click to make your vote count..I have worked soo hard over the years, especially being a woman in the music industry, dealing with men who have tested my Womanhood and Rank..and have LOST... I'm humble for this reconition by my peers, and would love to be the FIRST BLACK WOMAN to bring this award home..Please comment on my page after you have voted for me..so I can see who my voters were(email all your friends to do the same)..thank you..and I know I cant win without YOU!!Please add me...

  • Hi! Just following up: Were you able to take a visit to Go Gettas?
  • Hi there, I just wanted to introduce myself and my new business. I am trying to network with as many people as possible to see if there are ways that we can support each other. I offer unique and affordable works of African art that make impactful gifts for all occasions. If you have a special occasion coming up, or if you just want to connect with Africa yourself, please think of us.

    Thank you for your consideration.

  • I really appreciate the information. Thank you.
  • I have my principles and practices book, appraisal/valuation, real estate law and finance books. For Ohio we test through PSI and I have that booklet wich has a few sample questions. A friend of mine gave a sample test a while ago, not sure if it is considered current. I also have 2 cds. One friend failed the test a few times becasue she did not really memorize all the terminonology. She said to make flash cards of all the terms in the principle book and to go over the math problems we were taught as well.
  • Thanks for sharing. I wish you the best. I took my real estate classes last summer. I turned in my transcripts and paperwork from my broker and I have until Dec to take the test. I know I should have taken it right after the classes so that the information would be fresh in my mind....I do want to pass the test the first time, you know ? But I figure if I made it through the all day Cosmetology state exam and passed the first time, I should be ok with this real estate test and the coding when I begin studying for that. I took those coding classes a while ago too, but had trouble finding a job in that field without experience in coding...
  • I sure will look into that, and what about the real estate exam?
    Thank you.
