About Me:

In order to master her life, a woman must risk expression." --- I study Cognitive Science and Life Design, and I’m thoroughly fascinated by how people use introspection, technology, skill building, and self-expression to design their ideal lifestyles. The Life Design Agency is fueled by that same fascination. Managed by my husband, Kris Richards, and operated by me, The Agency was created to help women,mothers, and entrepreneurs re-discover their personal voices and refine their professional brands. Per-fessionally (yep, personally and professionally), I specialize in creating strategies for integrative living that remedy work-life imbalance, stress, anxiety, and lack of clarity. In essence, I help women un-mute.
