About Me:
I am a Mother of 2, married 22 years, business owner of two companies, JAQS Entertainment and Q/FiT Quick Fitness Concepts. We moved to NC in 2005 from California. Worked for 10 years in corporate communications and community relations for a large pharmaceutical company and 17 years as a legal administratorl for several prestigious law firms. Owned ZeMira's Boutique for 3 years. We still have several Bridal, Bridesmaids, Prom, Pageant, Quinceanera, Evening Gowns available for sale. ZeMira's closed in 2010 and we opened Q/Fit studios in April. We are located at 12339 Wake Union Church Rd. #106, Wake Forest, NC. Providing Personal Fitness Training and Nutrition Guidance.
