  The Southern Entertainment Awards, oringinally out of Nashville, at Harrahs casino in Tunica, Ms. I am nominated this yr. I need everyone support on this voting process. It take jus a minute to go to the site(link below) Click BALLOT tab..VOTE will appear..Click it...look for the catagory: INDUSTRY POWER PLAYER(FEMALE)..YOU DO NOT HAVE TO VOTE IN EVERY CATAGORY...they will send you a comformation email that you MUST click to make your vote count..I have worked soo hard over the years, especially being a woman in the music industry, dealing with men who have tested my Womanhood and Rank..and have LOST...   I would say that you would need to first start by getting a business plan togehther. In your business plan you need to specify your Vision, goals, and provide detailed objectives of how you are going to complete this project. If you have the money to lease a place then that's a blessing but if not a business plan will help you secure the funds needed to house the people that will be staying in the home. Hope this helps..you may also need to speak with a financial consultant that's on this site that has had some experience in helping someone start a business from the ground up....

  i never really spent this much time on one a site but im intrested in opeining a retirement home and im still young but a mother of one and im so ready to make a step with my life for my child ,so can you give me some advice on beening sucessful
