Having been Obese for many years, I had to learn to love me through thick & thin (no pun intended), so now that I am an adult and dealt with the harsh realities of being unhealthy my entire adult life and an overweight teen, I want to teach them how to lose weight, love themselves through motivation. I am a Certified NutraCeutical Wellness Consultant, & I am the Executive Director & Founder of Get Fit Now & Forever Wellness Center.
