About Me:
Felicia Dietrich is a native of Baltimore, Maryland. While growing up Felicia was encouraged by her grandmother to crochet. Over a span of 30 yrs., Ms. Dietrich has reached great heights in displaying her creativity and extraordinary style. Felicia has won the admiration of celebrities, radio, and television personalities for her award winning crochet designs. Ms. Dietrich studied Apparel Retail at Baltimore City Community College and received an Apparel Retail degree. While attending Baltimore City Community College Felicia impressed her college professors with her knowledge of fashion, she was asked to speak to the fashion designs students because of her early fashion experience and won Student of the Year. Felicia became a Jr. member of N.A.F.A.D. (National Association of Fashion Accessory and Designers) and won numerous awards. She has participated in many fashion design competitions and won an array trophies, plaque and medals. Ms. Dietrich also won 1st place in the Black Fashion Museum designer competition in Washington, DC. She established her company as Fashion Designer in Baltimore, Maryland. In 1983 Ms. Dietrich presented her first runway fashion show which received great eculades from the audience. Felicia took a leap of faith and relocated to Atlanta, Georgia to take her fashions to another level. Felicia has been seen on the Oprah show, the Queen Latifa show, Café Baltimore, the local news, and many fashion shows across the United States. Ms. Dietrich was a featured fashion designer for Executive Producer Francois Craig in " A Salute to Barack Obama " event accompanied by the stage play "Contributions", directed by Byron Saunders, " The Louie Armstrong Foundation Jazz Festival " by Byron C. Saunders, former Executive Director/Cultural Ambassador for the DeKalb County for the Arts, Inc., "Another Way Out Concert" and Car show. Felicia Dietrich's signature style is "opulence". She is known for her meticulous detailing and magnificent crochet techniques. The perfection of luxury in Felicia is never ostentatious, but rather a very strong yet discreet appeal of shades from precious stones. Felicia style is absolutely unique and incredibly elegant.
