It take jus a minute to go to the site(link below) Click BALLOT tab..VOTE will appear..Click it...look for the catagory: INDUSTRY POWER PLAYER(FEMALE)..YOU DO NOT HAVE TO VOTE IN EVERY CATAGORY...they will send you a comformation email that you MUST click to make your vote count..I have worked soo hard over the years, especially being a woman in the music industry, dealing with men who have tested my Womanhood and Rank..and have LOST... I'm humble for this reconition by my peers, and would love to be the FIRST BLACK WOMAN to bring this award home..Please comment on my page after you have voted for me..so I can see who my voters were(email all your friends to do the same)..thank all of you who already voted for me..and I know I cant win without YOU!!Please add me...

I would love for you to join my Sistas Online group (I just made it...group newbie here!) - trying to gather all the women who have taken their businesses online and share helpful tips and tricks, and I think you'd be able to contribute a lot!
This may sound like a silly question to someone as web-savvy as yourself, but have you heard of Microsoft's Office Live Small Business? I just switched over to it, and it's really great for organizing all your online activities (something I've always had such a problem with). It's a perfect one-stop shop to host e-mail addresses, a free domain name for a year, and a customized e-commerce site, just to name a few :)
Even though you already have a website, you can still switch to OLSB and keep the same site and use it to manage everything! (The best part is the Email Marketing Beta: you can send email blasts and keep in touch with your customers and send them info about sales or new products...and you can keep track of who's opening the emails!)
You can see more about it at http://smallbusiness.officelive.com/
OLSB has been a great tool for me! If you have any questions at all, I work with Microsoft so feel free to e-mail me at michellepatterson@officeliveusers.com.
I look forward to hearing from you!
Thanks again, Joan!
Best Wishes,
Michelle
Have you thought about attending some of the homecomings in the fall as a vendor or attending some of the HBCU college fairs. We just had one at Cobb Galleria here in Metro Atlanta a couple of weeks ago that would have you in front of a few thousand prospects. You may also want to contact some of the HBCU alumni groups in your city to see when they hold their monthly meeting. Maybe you can have a vendor table at the next meeting. Most of us have kiddies and want to show our 'pride'.
Just a thought :-) My apologies for putting on my 'coaching' hat. It's almost second nature to me. :-)
Looking forward to networking with you.....
Peace and blessings!
