About Me:
I started Novel Ideas Publishing in 2004 and published my first mainstream fiction novel, Sex In the Sanctuary. After deciding to widen my distribution and marketing options, I shopped the work to traditional NY publishers and got a multi-book deal in '06. Since then Kensington/Dafina has republished Sex In The Sanctuary. The sequel, Love Like Hallelujah, is in bookstores now. Book three, A Preacher's Passion, comes out in December and I am currently working on book number four. I am also very excited about my foray into the world of romance, with my first romance novel, Lies Lovers Tell, debuting in October under the pseudonym Zuri Day. When not writing, which isn't often these days, I love to read, fix vegetarian cuisine, watch sports, work out, travel and attend artistic events such as concerts, theatre, etc. I'm also, for the first time in my life, actively involved in politics...campaigning for the next president of the United States, Barack Obama!

The Southern Entertainment Awards, oringinally out of Nashville, at Harrahs casino in Tunica, Ms. I am nominated this yr. I need everyone support on this voting process.
