I am a wife to a beautiful human being--my husband, a mommy to a 8 year old son and a 5 year old daughter and a stepmom to a 22 year old son and a 16 year old daughter. I am a long-time sports publicist and the late great Ernie Holmes was my client and fiance'.
He died in an automobile accident in January.
If you recall, he is a member of the kick-a** Steel Curtain defense that also included Mean Joe Green, the late Dwight White, and those golden shoes L. C. Greenwood.
Ernie and Dwight were honored, during a pre-game ceremony at the season opener on Sunday.
I handled the arrangements for Ernie's sister and son to attend.
However, I still handle his Steeler related affairs.
I'm more about the business of sport instead of the game of sports.
Nevetheless...I enjoy talking sports...especially with divas like U!
