About Me:
I am the proud owner of BlackFitandSingle.com, a dating website and blog. My goal is to not only bring together fit-conscious men and women, but to help educate and provide information on illnesses like diabetes, high cholesterol, heart disease, heart attacks and stroke and other illnesses which plague people of color. My blog also hosts healthy recipes and recipe videos by chefs, along with other helpful information that will help our people make informed decisions on their health. Weight loss is a challenge for me. So, I do understand the challenge is poses for others. Not only is this for my family and others, it's for me as well. My company helps me stay focused on my health and the longevity of my life. I want to die knowing I didn't play a role in killing myself, and that I've saved at least one life through Blackfitandsingle.com.
