About Me:
I am a Rastafarian mocca Sista. As a young teen, I began experimenting with different plants that grew in my mothers garden incorporating them with Jojoba Oil making my own skin, massage and hair products. Soon after family members would also ask me to make custom products for their hair or skin. Always being intrigued by the natural scents of flowers and herbs, these plants opened the door for me to begin a life long pursuit in the study of Alchemy ~ essential oils, herbs and flower essences. While residing in Kingston, Jamaica, West Indies, I was drawn to the hills and blessed and honored to be under the guidance of a few wonderful naturopathic physicians and "Jamaican Bush Doctors." Through these teachers I learned the art of healing oneself through meditation, numerology, plants, herbs, Aroma therapy and the joy of being a Naturpathic Practitioner. Another passion along with being a mother and enterpreneur is being a Certified Massage Therapist and Birth and Postpartum Doula, (accompanies and assists women in labor) helping to ensure a safe and satisfying birth experience. I am also studying under the guidance of a Midwife mentor to become a Midwife Assistant in the near future! Working on my doula site to be up and running very soon. www.mysticmoondoula.com

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month www.nationalbreastcancer.org/default.aspx
Do use the month of September to find a way to support the Breast Cancer Movement, even if it's just to increase your knowledge.
View the Breast Cancer articles and video segments. Encourage your loved ones to schedule their mammogram's for October, and remember to do Self -Examinations. Early detection is key!
Breast Cancer is not just a woman's disease, men should examine their breasts as well.
I've received TONS of requests to re-play the interview with David and Tamela Mann. She's so pretty!
Well here it is...ENJOY!
I really hope you're doing well this month.

I received tons of letters last month, asking me to do an article on light skinned vs dark skinned, and good hair vs bad hair. I didn't even know this was still an issue, but it is. Give me your suggestions. I want to do my best in promoting self love.
Please let me know what you think. Also check out Yolanda Adams page as well.
