About Me:
“Mommy Mogul”, mother of two (Aubren 5 and Lucas 1) and entrepreneur extraordinaire, is the proud owner of two conscious driven businesses: SoulPrint Productions, a creative company that manufacturer’s unique handcrafted findings for the mind, body, and spirit and True Wellness by Design, a self-care & wellness consulting business where she educates women on daily care practices that can transform their lives. Her quest for self transformation and God’s purpose has led her on a 7 year journey in educating women on the tremendous healing powers of self-care and wellness. This year, she has founded “The JO.Y. Gatherings & Workshops” all designed to focus individuals on the blockages they have in their lives so that they remove them and start having more JOY. These gatherings and workshops are supported with nature-based products by Warm Spirit, hands-on projects facilitated by Sonya herself, and other holistic professionals.
