Welcome to House of Harte ltd, a crochet couture company that was created in March of 08 as V2 Couture. The brand started out as the off shoot of Head Designer/ Creative Director Tawnya Harte's personal jewelry line. Morphing from sculpted wire necklaces into layer crochet halter tops that were designed to be layered over tees, tanks and camis, the beginnings of the Harte Brand was born. The name V2 Couture was retired on August 1, 2009 and House of Harte ltd. was fully realized. House of Harte embodies style,,luxury,glamorous,strength and class. Renewed with a vision for crochet couture, Ms. Harte revisited her favorite fashion Designer Coco Chanel. Chanel's iconic work wear and signature chain quilted hand bag showed that in today's changing world that classics and quality went hand in hand. House of Harte is bringing that classical flavor and quality to the world of crochet couture fashion. Of Course, as with anything Ms. Harte hands touch, sumptuous luxury and eye for glamorous detail are found. House of Harte Inc is positioning itself to corner the market in crochet couture but also expand into fragrancing,bath and body care and home furnishings and fine jewelry.
