This is my inspirational photo, which is prominently displayed in my office. I view each home that I transform as a caterpillar turned butterfly, once the job is done. It's amazing to me just how beautiful homes can become, using things that the homeowner already owns. Each transformation from so-so to sensational is a thrill!
