About Me:

Ann Thomas is the Owner and Founder of Mind Body and Soul Productions (MBS Productions). MBS exists to enlighten and encourage audiences everywhere with powerful, life impacting messages of hope. Using a variety of Performing Arts (singing, dancing, poetry, acting, mime, and rapping), MBS' performances appeal to people of all ages, genders, and ethnicities. Ann has been involved in the Performing Arts all of her life. She began writing at the tender age of 8. Having published several short stories and poems, Ann desires to eventually publish a book. In the meantime, she discovered another wonderful way to put her writings to great use - stage plays. In 2008, Ann wrote, directed and produced a couple of stage plays and skits, to include "She is Not Who I Thought...She is My Mother." Check out the Trailer for the Stage Play 2009 brought yet another exciting opportunity for MBS Productions - a Sitcom. The MBS Team is at it again, but this time hitting the airwaves in Europoe and possibly the U.S.

I love the name of your production company, and I know exactly what you mean about our people being too comfortable with those self-destructive habits and lifestyles. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions, and maybe we can work together on some type of production or workshop to help spread information and awareness in your area. We have an upcoming workshop next month about natural hair, but we also educate about AIDS, cancers, high blood pressure, diabetes, nutrition, herbs, culture, and a host of other things, so let us know!
