  • Hi there, I just wanted to introduce myself and my new business. I am trying to network with as many people as possible to see if there are ways that we can support each other. I offer unique and affordable works of African art that make impactful gifts for all occasions. If you have a special occasion coming up, or if you just want to connect with Africa yourself, please bookmark our site.

Do you know anyone who has a birthday or special event coming up? You may want to consider our products as unique house warming gifts in your real estate business.

    Thank you for your consideration.

  • Hey fellow Sistapreneur! I’m a little new to the whole Ning network, but I'm diggin' it here! I love that there's a place solely for black business women to connect. I hope this community reaches a lot of women!

Women Mastering the Balancing Act is a perfect idea for a group...I don't know how many women I know who are trying to juggle everything; talk about feeling in over your head! By any chance have you heard about Microsoft’s Office Live Small Business? I recently switched over to it, and it’s been AMAZING for me so far! What I really love about it is that it’s a one-stop shop; I used to have my e-mail, domain name, web server, and store all hosted by different applications and it seemed like it took me longer logging in and out of every account than it did to run my business!

I think my favorite feature is probably the Email Marketing Beta that helps you to stay in touch with your clients, and the best thing is you can send email blasts (you can even see who’s opening your emails) and use HTML to make them more fun! (I hate sending plain e-mails…that’s no fun!)

You can see more about it at http://www.smallbusiness.officelive.com

I was wondering if you’d post some of the information regarding OLSB to the other Sistas in your group - I think they might really benefit from it, not to mention it’s free! You even get a free domain name for the first year :) I work with Microsoft, so everyone should NOT hesitate to get in touch with me if they have any questions! I’d be more than happy to answer them! You may also give your group members my personal e-mail, if you’d like: michellepatterson@officeliveusers.com and they can contact me there, as well.

Thank you so much! I also added you as a friend, if that’s okay!

    Talk to you soon!

    ~xoxo
