About Me:
I am a transplant from New Orleans, La now making my home in Eureka, KS, population just under 3000, 1% Afro-A. Its all good tho. The internet allows me to set up shop anywhere. My customer base is the Afro-American community, limiting my cash-flow somewhat, but the need was there. We will play catch-up, and I shall be waiting...meanwhile...I have many other irons in the fire. I sell on ebay for myself as well as others. I embrace technology because it allows me to promote myself. I take advantage of social media such as blogging, podcasting, www.cjeurekapodcasts.com twitter....I embrace them all. Its really brought out the hidden geek in me and now at age 57, I can throw a site up in my sleep, teaching myself HTML code way back in the game. I bought myself a left-handed guitar recently after tiring of making my brain play right-handed, and also got myself a digital drum. As soon as I summit the courage...I will attempt standup comedy during amateur night at a local comedy club. I look forward to networking with other sistas who like myself, still have a whole lot of living left to do.
What are your most common online activities?
I hang around TWIT tv, a online tech community. It keeps me on the cutting edge of technology and the entire web 2.0 scene

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month www.nationalbreastcancer.org/default.aspx
Do use the month of September to find a way to support the Breast Cancer Movement, even if it's just to increase your knowledge.
View the Breast Cancer articles and video segments. Encourage your loved ones to schedule their mammograms for October, and remember to do Self -Examinations. Early detection is key!
Breast Cancer is not just a woman's disease; men should examine their breasts as well.
I've received TONS of requests to re-play the interview with David and Tamela Mann. She's so pretty!
Well here it is...ENJOY!
Thanks for you help with last month. Your comment is in this months issue.
I really hope you're doing well this month.

If you would tell me what you think about Donnie McClurkins page, and the page on Overcoming Addiction. Leave me a comment please. I need to know if these topics are helpful. I'm trying to help as many people as I can.
Minister T.D. Jakes has some "real talk" for the men in our lives.

I am so proud of you. It always does my heart good to see sisters doing positive things but especially my sisters from New Orleans. May God bless and keep you.
