About Me:

Francyne Walker is a creative social butterfly who holds the power of the pen in her hand and her voice. According to one instructor, "What a great voice! She is a natural at this. Her voice is sweet, lyrical and has wonderful personality. She is expressive, genuine and she records well - a very marketable voice. There is a kindhearted quality to her voice, I can hear the smile in her read. She sounds real and conversational. She should definitely pursue this field." She grew up on a steady diet of Right On!, Tiger Beat, and Seventeen magazine. Her favorite covers where the ones with Bill Cosby and Andrew Young's daughters on the cover. Her first job was at a bookstore where she devoured books. It felt like home. She has always been able to express herself through the written word but also possessed the ability to express herself verbally as well. After receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism, she decided to combine the two loves. As a Host, Writer, Producer, Model and Voice-over artist, she plans to brand herself and become a lifestyle guru influencing taste and trends throughout the world. She launched Metro View Media, LLC to manage her media-related endeavors from hosting, writing, producing her own lifestyle show to securing voice-over work. She currently freelances for several publications and websites. Her future goals include producing a globally-recognized television show; interviewing present-day newsmakers; writing and publishing books on taste; serving as a regular style contributor on shows like Oprah, Today, Good Morning America, and local television stations; syndicating her lifestyle column; securing voice-over work for local and national ad spots for radio and tv; establishing a foundation for young black men and most importantly nurturing her son's dreams to become a screenwriter.

  • Hi there, I just wanted to introduce myself and my new business. I am trying to network with as many people as possible to see if there are ways that we can support each other. I offer unique and affordable works of African art that make impactful gifts for all occasions. If you have a special occasion coming up, or if you just want to connect with Africa yourself, please think of us.

You have a great story Francyne, very inspiring. When I read it, I thought to myself I could be doing a lot more...

Do you have a birthday or special event coming up, Francyne, where you could consider our products?

    Thank you for your consideration.

  • Hey Ms. Francyne, found your page through one of my other friends. I believe we have kindred spirits. How did you get into voice overs? I was told I have a million dollar smile and voice. I'z ready to cash in on that million.
