P.S.
Good luck with your children's book. If it's an African American book let me know, I'd like to do a project with black-themed children's books.
Do you know anyone who has a birthday or special event coming up, Rhonda?
Thank you for your consideration.

H.O.S. HOLIDAY EVENT!!!
W.O.W it's the 4th of July already!! I know you should be excited about the long weekend!! Well you should be everyone deserves a break......
I know we all have a long list of festivities to embark on this weekend and how exciting is that!!
I'm inviting you to end your weekend with 2 hours of giving back!! Yes, only "2" hours of your 4th weekend!
I know alot of you have received invite after invite, to this bbq, that party, some of you may be the ones hosting a great party!
Take a moment to think about those that don't have the privilege to be invited to events going on this weekend, who don't have the resources to throw a bbq.
On that note, I'm asking for your participation in feeding the hungry and homeless on Sunday.
Here's how you can help...
Volunteer-pass out food,drinks,set-up&breakdown,etc
Donate food items-weiners,burgers,buns,potatoes,water,etc
Donate cash if you can't make it to the store
(remember it only cost $1.25 for buns, less than $1 for weiners and $3.00 for a case of water and they love the fresh water more than food, so plenty water is always a good thing)
Whatever you decide to do, please don't let money hold you back from doing something positive, trust me the reward and the feeling you're left with is WONDERFUL!
If you were to call and say all you have is $1.00 to give trust me, we will appreciate it just as much as we would $20.00! Giving from the heart should not have a price tag on it....
By all means don't let money stop you, we would love for you to join us, they would love to see you all out there, it means the world to them to see people do care
Here's the menu for Sunday, if you want to contribute to that list that's fine, if you want to bring a dish of your own, that's fine also.
Just let us know so we can take note of what we have
BBQ Drumsticks
Hamburgers
Hot Dogs
Potato Salad
Baked Beans
Drinks
Please email or call 866-643-4882 Jayda (ext.701) or Tasha (ext.706)

A brother or sister in Christ might need clothes or food. If you say to that person "God be with you! I hope you stay warm and get plenty to eat," but you do not give what that person needs, your words are worth nothing. James 2: 15-16
