OK so I change companies that hosted my website and now its been down for several days. After 2 calls, I finally get someone who feels the need to explain how to change nameservers so that it can be pointed toward their company.MAN PLEASE! I cornered the market on cut and paste a long time ago.So in talking to him this morning, he explains that there is a hang up somewhere between their company and my domain host (well duh?!?) but Ms Salmond we will have you up and running todayYeah ok!If I have to make another call, Im switching back to my old company and I want a full refundOK vent over.....LOL
You know that happened to me earlier this year. The nerve, and they day say the computers are our future? Ugh.... I would hate to think our lives would eventually be hanging in the balance. Anyhoo, I feel your pain. I was there. Best always!
