Russell Simmons’s Diamond Dinnerto benefit the Diamond Empowerment Fund
Lush & Luxe PR has been chosen to produce the gift bags and gifting lounge for the Diamond Dinner, which will benefit Russell Simmons’s Diamond Empowerment Fund (DEF), and will be held November 7, 2008 in Dallas, TX. Please see the attached document for more details about the event and the DEF.This will be a star-studded event, and Russell Simmons himself will be the host of the evening. Suzanne Sena, Fox News anchor, will serve as emcee. Lush & Luxe PR will be on hand at the event to ensure that everything runs smoothly in the gifting lounge.There are 3 opportunities for companies to get involved:1.) Inclusion in the AFTER PARTY gift bags (given to those who donate a certain amount to the DEF)2.) Inclusion in the DINNER GUEST gift bags (given to Diamond Dinner attendees, which includes celebrities)3.) Inclusion in the gifting lounge (which will be attended by celebrities; very limited space is available).Please see details about each opportunity below, and contact me if you have any questions or want to confirm participation. GIFTING LOUNGEDeadline to receive products & inclusion fees: October 24Number of products needed: 150 full-sized productsWho will be in the gifting lounge: Celebs and VIPsNumber of vendor spots available: up to 10Inclusion Fee: $450What does the inclusion fee cover: Product & marketing material placement on your company’s own table; listing on the Lush & Luxe PR event webpage; mention in the Lush & Luxe PR press release; photos of celebs in the gifting lounge, with your products for your promotional use; vendor exclusivity for your product category (i.e. If you make fragrance, you will be the only fragrance brand in the lounge. If you make jewelry, you will be the only jewelry retailer in the lounge, etc.); up to 2 company reps on site to “gift” the celebs; 1 6-ft. table to display your products.We’ve tried to keep the inclusion fee as low as possible so that independent brands will be able to participate as well.If you are not able to send reps to the event, we will set up your table as you specify; please remember to send along any table coverings and/or marketing materials you would like set out.

Sample-sized products are ideal, and full-sized products are also acceptable. We cannot just accept promotional items alone.   • Tickets aren't being sold yet, just vendor and sponsorship spots.

    But I can tell you Dinner tickets will range from $500-1000, individual tables will range from $5k-20k, and after party tickets will be $200.
  • is there anyway i can attend the event and if so how can i get the information?
