It's no secret that the job market is extremely tough. High level and experienced professionals are removing crucial pieces of their resume just so that they don't appear over qualified in their quest to find a job to pay the bills.So now recruiters are not only looking for over inflated resumes, they are looking for purposely downsized resumes as well.Are you dumbing down your resume to get a job?
