Over the course of two years, my television habits have changed a lot. I found myself craving more and more scripted drama over Reality TV. It seems like it just one show with a ton of spin offs – the Kardashian Clan and their many shows, Housewives of X (pick a location/sport) and so on. Yes I am going to admit that I watch a few and was obsessed with them for a while but after figuring out their formula they got boring. Yeah, I noticed that too, it didn't seem like a full season and I think it aired on a Saturday. OWN needs to stop repeat all those old but great movies but add some good shows.

I totally agree the drama filled shows definitely has some sort of effect on our brains. They are so popular that networks keep spitting out spin offs left and right. Also I notice if someone is less likely to create drama they are dropped from the cast. I rather watch the drama from starting/running a business, at least I can learn something. I am keeping my fingers cross that both Bravo and OWN do right by Chef Roble and Co. & Party at Tiffany's. It's refreshing to see young, positive people of color doing they thang.
