Do you complete customer requests as promised?

Scripture: That I may finish my course. ~ Acts 20:24Todays thought: It is a fact of business that customers will contact us with complaints, orders, or special requests.Successful companies insure all customer commitments are met on time and as promised. Write down every promise made to each customer. Hand off the request to a team member with a clear explanation of the promise made, the customer's expectation, and time promised for completion. Confirm that the request was understood and will be acted upon. Write a note to yourself to follow up by placing the note in a date file or on your calendar.
