Gen 11:6 (KJV)December 31, 2009:I know our fast will not start until midnight tonight, but today should be a day of preparation in expectation of what is to come.We need to empty out our vessels, and release all that has transpired in our lives this year. Purpose in your hearts to release all the hurt and pains you experienced in 2009. Forgive all who have offended you this year. Forgive yourself for any trespasses you have committed.If this was a great year for you, rejoice and then let that go too. Don’t get stuck dwelling on what God has done, and miss what He is doing. Thank Him and let’s move on to the next testimony.We don’t want to mix the New Wine with the old wine.Prayer: Heavenly Father, we are so grateful for the ability to come boldly to your throne of Glory. We do not take the fact that we are your children and your servants lightly. Thank You for engrafting us into Your family. We understand that while all are Your creations, not all are Your children. Father we ask that you would forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespassed against us. Thank you for bringing us through every trial and tribulation this year. The fact that we have made it and are entering into a new year is a testimony to Your keeping power in our lives. Now Lord, we pour ourselves out before you that you may fill us anew with Your Holy Spirit. As we press into the New Year, we ask for a fresh anointing and renewed Spirit that we may walk worthy of the vocation to which we have been called. Part of pouring ourselves out before God is getting rid of all of our own preconceived notions of how things go.Romans 12:2 (The Message)1-2 So here's what I want you to do, God helping you: Take your everyday, ordinary life—your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life—and place it before God as an offering. Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for him. Don't become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You'll be changed from the inside out. Readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you.Galatians 2:20 (The Message) 19-20What actually took place is this: I tried keeping rules and working my head off to please God, and it didn't work. So I quit being a "law man" so that I could be God's man. Christ's life showed me how, and enabled me to do it. I identified myself completely with him. Indeed, I have been crucified with Christ. My ego is no longer central. It is no longer important that I appear righteous before you or have your good opinion, and I am no longer driven to impress God. Christ lives in me. The life you see me living is not "mine," but it is lived by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. I am not going to go back on that.One of the most important things Jesus taught us is the source of His power. He simply walked in obedience to the Father. That’s it, it is just that easy to walk in victory in every area of your life. We always want to come to God telling Him what we want and desire, instead, go to Him and ask Him what His will and desire is. Roman 8:28 tells us that all things work together for good for us who love the Lord and are called according to His purpose. Just as Psalms 84:11 tells us that no good thing will He withhold from us.The reason Jesus was so confident that God the Father would back up anything He said or requested is because He merely gave voice to the Father’s will.John 5:19 (The Message) 19-20 So Jesus explained himself at length. "I'm telling you this straight. The Son can't independently do a thing, only what he sees the Father doing. What the Father does, the Son does. The Father loves the Son and includes him in everything he is doing.John 5:30 (The Message) "I can't do a solitary thing on my own: I listen, then I decide. You can trust my decision because I'm not out to get my own way but only to carry out orders. If I were simply speaking on my own account, it would be an empty, self-serving witness.This is the mindset we must take on. I understand it is not easy giving up your will, but think about this. If God said no good thing would He withhold from us, then you should not want anything that does not come from Him. If you think back over your life and are honest with yourself, you know there are things you really wanted that turned out not to be good for you.Trust God and know He will lead you along the path which He created you for and that path is packed with blessings and benefits. Yield you mind, body and will to Him and allow Him to use you to impact the lives of others.Our prayer focus today is on salvation and direction in life.Prayer: Father God we as a united body of believers come before Your Throne of Mercy and Grace in submission to Your will for our lives. We are so grateful for Your Wisdom, Guidance and Direction in our affairs. Help us oh Lord to grow in wisdom and power as we constantly seek a grater revelation of Your will in every area of our lives. Our united desire is to serve You with our whole heart and to completely yield our minds, bodies and wills to You. Father we freely yield to Your commands and declare that our only choice is to obey Your directives. We command our will and our flesh to line up in obedience to Your orders. We acknowledge You as God Almighty, there is no greater Power in the Heavens or the Earth than You. You are Jehovah Elohim The Lord God which created the Heavens and the Earth and formed man in Your image and likeness out of the dust of the earth and breathed life into us.Father God we ask that the blinders be removed from our spiritual eyes that we may see clearly the plan You have for us. We ask that our spiritual ears be cleanse in order to clearly hear Your voice. Heighten our ability to discern Your voice from any others. Your Word tells us that we have been given the Holy Spirit to teach us all spiritual truths. We entreat the Holy Spirit to grant us a deeper understanding of Your Word. Reveal unto us its hidden treasures and mysteries. Father we long to connect with Your heart. Help us to see others as You see them, grant us Your compassion for the hurting. Use us as Your love offering to those considered unlovable as we once were.As we serve You, we release our families to You as well. We declare that our entire households are saved, sanctified, Holy Ghost filled and walking in Your favor. Every mother, father, sister, brother, spouse, son, daughter, grandchild and great grandchild are serving You with their whole heart. We plead the Blood of Jesus over them and decree no weapon formed against them shall prosper. We render every attack of the enemy against our families null and void and of no effect. Because we are Your servants, this is our heritage and we stand on Your word with the knowledge that it will not go out and return to You void but it must accomplish what You sent it to do.Father for every family member we stand in proxy for as well as those listed by name here, we are praying that the eyes of their understanding be enlightened and that they come into the knowledge and fullness of who You are. For those who have accepted You and ventured away from Your will for their lives, we call them back into the fold. We pray that they will discover their purpose in You and know their value and worth. We declare their soul salvation and clarity in their life’s purpose. Baptize them in the Holy Spirit and we lose Your ministering Angels to minister to their spirits wherever they may be. We look inward and seek to see ourselves as our Father God sees us. This is a time for boldness; we can’t take the Kingdom in a weak mediocre state of being. Let’s look at Matthew 11:12 (New International Version) 12From the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven has been forcefully advancing, and forceful men lay hold of it.Forceful men lay hold of it is what I want you to take hold of. We as the Body of Christ have been too reserved in the Spirit Realm. It is great to show love to your enemy in the natural, but when we go into the Spirit realm it is all out war.For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Eph 6:12 (KJV)Ephesians 6:10-12 (The Message) A Fight to the Finish10-12And that about wraps it up. God is strong, and he wants you strong. So take everything the Master has set out for you, well-made weapons of the best materials. And put them to use so you will be able to stand up to everything the devil throws your way. This is no afternoon athletic contest that we'll walk away from and forget about in a couple of hours. This is for keeps, a life-or-death fight to the finish against the Devil and all his angels.It is time to awaken the sleeping giant within you! God has given you power and authority to use the keys of the Kingdom to keep the enemy under your feet. However all the power in the world means nothing if you don’t know you have it.The Father told us in Genesis 1:28 to take dominion over everything that moved upon the earth, therefore, we have dominion over the demons and imps which try to attack us and our family and the Body of Christ as a whole. We have been accepting what the enemy has been bringing to us, but no more! We have the power and dominion over him, not him over us!We need to stand up in the authority given us and stop allowing them to have their way in our lives. It is up to us, God gave us the keys to the Kingdom not the devil. …upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. 19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. Matt 16:18-19 (KJV)Again, because we don’t realize who we are in Him, we have thought we were not equipped to enlarge the Kingdom nor be victorious in battle. If you simply avail yourself to Him, He can and will work the miraculous in and through you. You will see both the physical and spiritual manifestation of the blind receiving their sight, the lame walking, the deaf hearing and the dead being raised to life.Jesus said “He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. 13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.” John 14:12-14 (KJV)He didn’t say the pastors or elders who believe, He said “he” meaning anyone who believes shall do greater works than He did. It is time to rise up and take our rightful place as the Sons of God. There should be an excitement in you because of the knowledge of who you are in God and the fact that because He dwells within you, VICTORY is inevitable.Romans 8:17 (The Message)15-17 This resurrection life you received from God is not a timid, grave-tending life. It's adventurously expectant, greeting God with a childlike "What's next, Papa?" God's Spirit touches our spirits and confirms who we really are. We know who he is, and we know who we are: Father and children. And we know we are going to get what's coming to us—an unbelievable inheritance! We go through exactly what Christ goes through. If we go through the hard times with him, then we're certainly going to go through the good times with him!It is time to draw the line in the sand and tell the devil NO MORE. No more will we give him credit for what we can and can’t accomplish. No more will we give him accolades for the twist and turns of our lives. We come before you with excitement in our hearts knowing that we have been fearfully and wonderfully made by You. There is enormous Purpose and Destinies within us. We know You as our God and shall therefore do great exploits in Your Name. Father as we submit ourselves to You, we ask that You will fill us to the overflow with a fresh anointing. Empower us with the ability to Glorify You in a magnificent way. We recognize that every member of the Body of Christ has a call of purpose on their lives, be it fivefold ministry, gifts and talents for writing or singing or dance or business, all have something to supply in the Kingdom. We decree we shall use that which you have placed within us for the express purpose for advancing Your Kingdom. As it is in Heaven so be it in the Earth, Your Kingdom come, Your will be done.You are Jehovah Jireh, the Lord will provide, and not only do you provide, but You go before us and make the crooked way straight. Father God, thank you for giving provision for Your vision. Thank You for placing the right person in our paths to bring about a suddenly in our lives; thank you for equipping us with the knowledge needed to lead others in becoming Kingdom minded advancers. We pled the Blood of Jesus over them and call forth intercessors to stand in the gap for them. Father strengthen them with the ability to stand against the wiles of the devil. We come against the spirits of sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like which would entice the flesh to sin against You.We pray that they be clothed with Your whole armour of truth, righteousness, peace, faith, salvation and are armed with Your Word. We declare they walk upright flowing in the Fruit of the Spirit which is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness and temperance. We declare their desire will be to glorify You and not themselves. Give them a boldness to speak Your word in love and not empty words to just tickle the ears of the hearers.For the leaders in the Marketplace, we pray they walk upright in integrity dealing with their customers with honesty and fairness. Thank you for favor upon their business which enables them to enlarge their territories for the express purpose of enlarging the Kingdom. NOTE - Even after Jesus had been crucified, rose back to life again, and ascended into heaven, we see the very same work that Jesus performed, while on the earth, still taking place through the hands of His disciples, and with the very same intensity - all being healed. And why not? Hebrews 13:8 tells us that "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever!"Hebrews 7:25 Because Jesus has become the guarantee of a better covenant (verse 22), "Therefore He is also able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them." Take a look at this scripture in the Amplified Version: "Therefore He is able also to save to the uttermost (completely, perfectly, finally, and for all time and eternity) those who come to God through Him, since He is always living to make petition to God and intercede with Him and intervene for them." NOTE - It's important to remember that the word "save" in the Greek is the word "sozo" which literally means to heal, preserve, save, do well, be (make) whole. It means deliverance in the present as well as in the future or in eternity, physical as well as spiritual. Jesus used this word to denote healing of the body as well as forgiveness of sins. Always translate this word as "save - heal" when you come across it in the Word. Now you know where we came up with the domain name for our website www.savedhealed.comRomans 8:11 "But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal (Natural, Earthly) bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you." NOTE - Take a close look at this Scripture. This is talking about your body that you have now, not the one you're going to receive one day in heaven! Allow the Lord to impart His life into you by placing faith in His Word. Begin to praise Him for this promise.Matthew 6:9-10 "Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done on Earth as it is in heaven." NOTE - Jesus always prays the will of God, and He prays that the will of God be done here on the earth just as it is in heaven. People in heaven are not sick, so we can clearly see it is God's will that we also be free from sickness and disease.Deuteronomy 11:21 (If a believer honors God and lives according to the Word, He says...) "That your days may be multiplied, and the days of your children, in the land which the LORD sware unto your fathers to give them, as the days of heaven upon the earth." NOTE - God's plan is that His children begin to experience the inheritance of the heavenly life while here on the earth. We're already His children, and we have been given special rights. Learning to walk in the Word of God, brings the benefits of the Word of God into a living, functioning reality.Deuteronomy 7:15 "And the LORD will take away from you all sickness, and will afflict you with none of the terrible diseases of Egypt which you have known, but will lay them on all those who hate you." NOTE - If this was a promise to God's covenant people under the Old Covenant, how much more does this benefit of health pertain to us today; as we are under the New Covenant which is based upon the precious Blood of Jesus Christ!Romans 8:32 "He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?" NOTE - Surely this includes healing!!!Mark 16:17-18 "And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name . . . they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover." NOTE - Find someone who believes God's Word regarding healing and have them lay hands on you and pray for you in faith based on the promises of God. James 5:16 says "that the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much."Psalm 34:19 "Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all."Jeremiah 30:17 "For I will restore health unto you, and I will heal you of your wounds, saith the Lord."Isaiah 53:4-5 "Surely He hath borne our griefs (Hebrew: sicknesses) and carried our sorrows (Hebrew: pains) yet we did esteem Him stricken, smitten of God and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and by His stripes we are healed." NOTE - The last part of this verse, “by His stripes we are healed," is not talking about spiritual healing, as some have taught, but definite physical healing. God does not "heal" a human spirit, he recreates it. He does however, heal our bodies and minds. This clearly shows that your healing was paid for at the cross!Jeremiah 33:6 "Behold, I will bring you health and cure, and I will cure you, and will reveal unto you the abundance of peace and truth."~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I pray these scriptures have caused your faith to rise in the area of healing. Just as John desired for Gaius in 3 John 1:2 God also desires for us to prosper and be in health, even as our soul prospers.James 5:13-15 (The Message)13-15 Are you hurting? Pray. Do you feel great? Sing. Are you sick? Call the church leaders together to pray and anoint you with oil in the name of the Master. Believing-prayer will heal you, and Jesus will put you on your feet. We are targeting every area of our lives including marriages, jobs and finances.The enemy has besieged our marriages jobs and finances for the express purpose to keep our focus off the things of God. If we allow ourselves to be consumed with the issues taking place in and around our lives then we leave ourselves open to abort our God ordained purpose and destiny. I know for some who may be babies in the faith, you thought when you got saved everything was supposed to just fall in place. The truth of the matter is that your hardships normally intensify the more you try and get things right. Let me make this real clear for you, you are going to be attacked, persecuted, lied on and lied to. And most likely the attacks are going to come at you from someone close to you. But fear not, God has a plan of escape from the enemy’s attack.James 1:2 (The Message)2-4 Consider it a sheer gift, friends, when tests and challenges come at you from all sides. You know that under pressure, your faith-life is forced into the open and shows its true colors. So don't try to get out of anything prematurely. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world."Our affiliation with the Father has many facets. We are servant, child, soldier and witness to Him. In each of these relationships we play a different role. As servant, we are submitted to follow His every command. As His child we are joint heirs with Christ and have an incredible inheritance awaiting us. As a soldier, we are ordered to endure hardships and fight the good fight of faith. As a witness we speak on what we have seen and know to be fact of the signs and wonders manifested through Christ.There is purpose and destiny entwined with each of these associations with God. Each one is preparation for the next phase. What is very important to remember is that in the midst of each of these is the will of God at work in our lives. When we lose our focus, our connection with God’s will in our lives is lessened.God’s word has already prepared us for what is to come, so there should be no surprises when the attacks come. This is why it is so important that we study His word daily. You will not be equipped for victory by just going to church on Sunday and getting a quick Word. You must immerse yourself in the things of God.In order for true breakthrough to come about, you must seek God for His will in your situation. Vitally important that you seek God specifically for your circumstances and not just do what you saw someone else do. Then you must apply the word of God to your situation.Are you being tested in your marriage? Before you run to divorce court you had better check with God and find out His will for your marriage. It may be that it is the very thing that will draw you closer to God and cause you to put your trust in him to see you through. If you want to see breakthrough in your marriage give it over to God and decree His will be done in it. Remember your spouse is a soul in need of a savior and treat them accordingly. The same loving kindness you would show a stranger, show them. Just as God has forgiven you and holds nothing to your account that you have done wrong, do the same for your spouse. No matter what, let it go. His word says no good thing will He withhold from you. If your mate has not been presented to you yet, then they have not been transformed into a good thing yet. When someone gives you a hard time, respond with the energies of prayer, for then you are working out of your true selves, your God-created selves. This is what God does. He gives his best—the sun to warm and the rain to nourish—to everyone, regardless: the good and bad, the nice and nasty. If all you do is love the lovable, do you expect a bonus? Anybody can do that. If you simply say hello to those who greet you, do you expect a medal? Any run-of-the-mill sinner does that.Psalms 75:6-7 (KJV) 6 For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. 7 But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.Financial struggles normally get the best of all of us. But if we stop and think about the fact that God is our source, we should not have the same struggles as the world in that respect. We are so busy chasing the things the world deems important that we have missed what God deems important. Please don’t misunderstand me, to desire nice things is not wrong, it is when that desire consumes you and becomes your focus in life that is the problem. Didn’t Jesus tell us in Matthew 6 not to worry about these mundane issues like the world does? If we keep our focus on God and that which he created us to do, then all these wonderful things that worldly people labor for will be added unto us. God has made His stance on the issue quite clear. Psalms 35:27 says God takes pleasure in the prosperity of His servants. Psalms 37:4 states that if you delight yourself in the Lord, He will give you the desires of your heart.We must change our mindset. The bible tells us in Romans 12:2 to be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. We have been so conditioned to think that everything we do is about getting ahead in life that we have neglected the purpose of our being. If God has opened a door for you to do a particular job in the work force, it is not about you getting ahead, it is about you shinning His light in the midst of where you are. If you have been blessed to own your own business, it is to be a blessing to other. It is to raise up Godly leaders. Are you starting to get the picture here, everything you do should be centered on the call of God upon your life. He will bless you as you go, but it is not about you obtaining all you can, it is about you pouring out all you can upon those around you.True breakthrough comes when we see our situation through God’s eyes. He is not worried, because He already knows the plan He has for you to prosper. Put your trust in Him, follow His directive and you can’t fail.Our focus in prayer today is to be led by the Spirit into true breakthrough.Prayer: Father God we continue in our quest of yielding ourselves to You. Thank You for the courage, strength and boldness to live our lives according to Your word. No longer will we yield to the annoying voices which try and lead us astray; all the neigh sayers who try and convince us that our situations are hopeless. We cancel every negative word that has been spoken over our lives, our marriages and over our finances. We declare we shall excel in every area of our lives.Thank you for the ability to tap into Your resurrection power. We speak life to that which was thought to be hopelessly dead. We decree our marriages shall not only live and not die, but that they shall prosper and be a blessing to others. The love between us and our spouses shall be a testimony of Your power at work within us.On our Jobs we shall shine Your light of hope, healing and love so brightly that many will desire a relationship with You. What an awesome time this has been. To be able to pour ourselves out as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God has been an incredible experience.Today is a day of reflection to ponder over all that has transpired this past week. As you reflect be sure and give God praise for what He has done. I know some of you have already seen the manifestation of our prayers the rest of us should be rejoicing in the knowing it is done.There will never be a time when you seek God with your whole being that He will not acknowledge you so give Him praise!That is our prayer focus today, simply to give Him praise.Prayer: Oh Lord, oh Lord how majestic are thy ways. Thank you for the strength to fast and pray an offer ourselves up to You. Thank you for all of the intercession on our behalf. Please give a special blessing to each intercessor who lifted us up this week. Thank you for encouraging our Spirits to soar higher in You. Thank you for direction and sense of purpose for our lives; Thank you for the soul salvation of our love ones; Thank you for Your healing touch upon us and those we have lifted up to You.Lord please continue to guide and direct our footsteps.
