I am a Multifaceted Entrepreneur that is fun loving, easy going and maybe a hint of being controlling (just a hint). My mission is to give exposure to those who need it and information to those who want it. It is that simple.

Professional Background

I am the co–owner of JL Events, LLC in Savannah, GA. I graduated from University of California at Berkeley, Berkeley, CA with a Bachelors Degree in Business Communication. I come from a diverse event planning background. I owned my own public relations firm, my pasts clients were entertainers in the music field, one of my major clients was Dawn Robinson (formerly of En Vogue and Lucy Pearl) and her husband Dre Allen. I streamlined my event planning experience and became a Destination Sales Manager for La Quinta Resort and Club a Waldorf Astoria Collection property in La Quinta, CA. There I planned all aspects of events and travel for corporate groups. I have designed thousands of events. My major client list includes, Black Enterprise, Yahoo, Microsoft, and Toyota Motor Sales. I am a member of the Savannah Wedding Tourism Council, Savannah Black Heritage Festival (Health Fair Coordinator), King Tisdell Cottage Foundation Gale Committee Member, Volunteer for the American Diabetes Association (Savannah Chapter), Board Member At Large for the Young Professionals of Savannah, Member of the Savannah Chamber of Commerce, and member of Black Business Women Online.
