Spokane, Washington, November 12th, 2011 - For the average person, the idea of cooking is an unimaginable task, just wrapping your mind around traffic to the grocery store is daunting. Now take the average experience away and add a timed contest in unusual conditions and be forced to cook. Most of us would fail but not the Winner of Food Network's Extreme Chef Episode 1 Season 1, "Mexican Showdown." Cooking extreme is just another day at the office for Chef Amadeus who will be a featured chef at the Kitchen Engine in Spokane, Washington, December 6th 2011.

"This is a great time for me to really showcase my talent to the great people of Spokane," says Chef Amadeus. Unlike most Chefs, Chef Amadeus comes with his own specialized brand of salt-free spices and even bigger personality to match.
