It is my business incubator and executive office to my outreach ministry Operation OpenUp. I've been a year developing the incubator. This is my second economic empowerment event. The third one, or "First Annual..." is scheduled for Dec. 8th. This is the 7th year for my outreach organization.
The event is a fundraiser for the ministry which takes no funding from anyone but the saints that God's send us and the activities and tenants that we bring into the center.
