Reflections from a Serial Bridesmaid!

So we've entered into the New Year hip hip hooray!I did not bother making any resolutions; I still have the last 10 to accomplish from 2009. So I guess my New Year’s resolution is accomplishing the ones I made last year.As I reflected on my goals I took a mental inventory of my life and I must say I had more than my fair share of blessings. One of my resolutions I tried to reinforce last year was to end my career as a bridesmaid until I walk down the aisle with my OWN bridal party honey! Well it seems the more I resist the role, the more brides to-be insist that I be a part of their bridal party. Please don’t get me wrong I am honoured but I am beginning to feel like a serial bridesmaid. I must start charging a fee.I have been doing some thinking again, especially on relationships. I'm thinking of widening my entry requirements of an M-A-N. Now being a woman of ethnicity it has taken me a decade to get to this point. Interracial dating as been something I've always admired from far but never considered. So I guess it’s Hot Chocolate vs Whipped Cream - I'll keep you up dated :-)www.got2gethitched.blogspot.com
