Strategic Planning sounds serious. And it is, but three points I want to make is that it doesn't have to be complicated, its needed for success and we use it all the time in every day life. Strategic planning is a road map. If you are taking a trip driving from one state to a state that you have never visited. You would not make that trip without a road map. You would want to make sure you have the right direction and know what roads to take.
