“The Fall Authors Campaign”
The Fall Authors Campaign is a 3 month promotion created by From A Writer’s POV to help promote authors. The campaign is looking to spotlight 5 authors for three months on our magazine, newsletter and blog, The POV Lounge. Depending on the genre of your writing, we are opening other spaces on our magazine to spotlight you. The cost of this event is only $20 for a three month campaign of exposure. This is not a blog tour but most blog tours cost over $100 for just one week. We are giving you 3 months of only $20!!
The itinerary is as follows:
The Month of September:
Spotlight your Website/blogs/social networks
· Blog spotlight on each Monday in September surrounding you, your website, social networks and your blogs.
· One month spotlight on our magazine with a short article about you, your website, your blogs and social networks involved in or operated by you.
· Free newsletter ad once a week in our newsletter
· Advertisement on twitter, facebook and other social networks.
The Month of October:
Spotlight your book on how to purchase
· Blog spotlight on each Monday in October surrounding you and your book
· One month spotlight on our magazine with a short article about you and your books
· Free newsletter ad once a week in our newsletter
· Advertisement on twitter, facebook and other social networks.
The Month of November:
Spotlight your events for the month
(This is a good time to schedule events for this month so we can spotlight them)
· Blog spotlight on each Monday in November surrounding your events
· One month spotlight on our magazine with a short article about you and your event.
· Free newsletter ad once a week in our newsletter
· Advertisement on twitter, facebook and other social networks
An itinerary will be written up so that you will know exactly what days you will be spotlighted on the POV Lounge. Your spotlight on the magazine will be all month. Note: The magazine ad will also go in out print version. It’s a good idea to encourage your fans, family and friends to purchase the magazine.
Guidelines:
· Must be a published author of at least one book (Book must be available for purchase)
· Obtain a website, blog and be a part of social networks
· Must make payment by August 15th, 2010 to be in the campaign
