It was very helpful at the beginning as it helped many travel agents get started in the business. Although there was no guarantee to the supplier that the code holder was a well trained travel agent, it did provide a potential contact.TRUE is a for-profit entity with its revenue not necessarily being utilized for additional training and education as is the non-profit entities of IATAN and CLIA.
