We are an independent contractor with Arise Network that handles customer service calls for various companies. VP Services employs customer service agents to work from home. Customer service representatives are paid $9.00-14.00 per hourly, and make their own schedule. Most clients require a minimum of 15 hours per week from all CPS. Five of the 15 hours must be scheduled during the weekend. The training fee range from $40.00 up to $150.00 The training fee is reimbursed after 6 month of working for VP Services. You will be employed for VP Services, training starts after you create a profile, pass the voice assessment and the criminal background check. You will have access to the Arise portal to choose a client to service. All the positions are full time or part time, it depends on the hours you choose to work, but again, a minimum of 15 hours a week is required by most clients. You receive direct deposit or check by mail. Please be advised that Arise doesn’t practice business in are Massachusetts, Maryland, Connecticut, Oregon, and New York.
