How Do I Follow Up and Build Relationships?

To achieve a successful strategy for building and managing stonger client and prospect relationships business owners and professionals need a "SYSTEM" that takes the time -consuming work out of the process, is easy to use, and is cost effective.A follow-up System could include: direct mail, phone calls, and /or e-mails.Here's the Problem:. Direct Mail that looks like it went out to everyone in the area tends to be tossed out--- UNLESS it is personal and engages the prospect or customer emotionally. The response rate to direct mail used to be 2-5%. Today it is only 1/4- 1/2 -% due to people feeling bombarded with promotional information that does not engage them on a personal level.. Phone calls are time consuming and not always appreciated.. E-mail is increasingly unopened, deleted and ineffective due to its impersonal nature in fact, up to 87% is deleted!. You need a system that is personal, easy to use, convenient, not time consuming, and is cost effective.
